Elevate client service standards with Investment Planning Counsel (IPC) as a Client Experience Specialist. This full-time role focuses on providing operational support and enhancing the client experience through effective communication and meticulous organization.

As a key member of IPC, now part of Canada Life, you will assist multiple Advisors by managing client interactions, preparing meetings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your organizational skills will be critical in maintaining accurate client records and managing documentation while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial contact for clients via phone and email
• Prepare agendas and investment summaries for client meetings
• Assist with onboarding and follow up on client inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
• Support Advisors with calendar management and workflows
