The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience throughout their journey with ZoChord from onboarding to post-implementation support. Requirements Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback. Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations. Coordinate and facilitate smooth client onboarding for Zoho products and services. Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless project delivery. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Zoho products and services.
