Job Description

As an Executive receptionist, you are the first point of contact. You are responsible for handling phone calls, manage appointments, and perform administrative tasks.


  • Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors in a polite, friendly, and professional manner, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and transfer calls to the correct person.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipments (computers, air conditioning, etc) and report any issues for maintenance.
  • Respond to basic inquires from visitors or callers regarding the company's services, policies and location.
  • Handling stationaries, courier/letters, mobile/electricity bills, ...Etc.
