In this vital role, you will manage both sales and service at the Northgate Shopping Centre in North Bay. With 2-4 years of managerial experience in beauty or retail, you'll coach a dedicated team of Leads and Beauty Advisors. Your responsibilities include driving client engagement through in-store events, managing the reservation system, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training for new hires and team members
• Oversee innovation in beauty services and technology
• Manage online reservation and staffing for smooth client flow
• Assist with visual merchandising that meets company standards
• Engage with vendors to enhance product knowledge
