WE WELCOME

As the first face of the Maison, within a dynamic environment marked by robust growth and retail evolution he/she plays a pivotal role in propelling our commercial objectives and enhancing customer experiences and satisfaction.

Based in the boutique and very present on the sales floor, he/she coordinates the perfect coverage and fluidity of hospitality in the store and supervises external service providers if applicable.

He/she works closely together with the Operations Director and Sales Director/Managers and the Sales Team to continuously improve the quality of service offered and adapt the needs as necessary.

12-months fixed-term contract in April 2026 as part of the Operations team
