About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our partners in nationwide and global efforts. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing multiple brand customer relationships at the corporate management level. You will position TD SYNNEX’s overall value and provide strategic direction to local management to drive maximum market share.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively communicate with customers to identify satisfaction issues and root causes of any perceived problems.

• Design and implement corrective action plans to resolve issues and improve customer relations.

• Coordinate action plan requirements with appropriate support groups (e.g., TD SYNNEX Services).
