About this role.

The Collection Specialist is responsible for managing and securing payment for ambulance and other services rendered by the ambulance company by coordinating with insurance providers, healthcare facilities, patients and other payor sources. This role ensures timely and accurate billing, claim submission, and follow‑up to maximize revenue and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
