Position Title: Client Engagement Support

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown: Client Engagement Support, in the overall performance of assigned programs, including coordinating the marketing, service, and reporting processes for each program. Handles all operational support tasks of assigned programs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide service and operational support for assigned programs
  • Maintain pricing spreadsheets and coordinate with creative/support teams
  • Assist with web, art, inventory tasks, and product sample management
  • Process orders, update records, and set up online accounts
  • Communicate with customers and vendors on orders, substitutions, and delivery
