Client Engagement Representative

Experihub is an experiential learning platform dedicated to bringing Science and STEM subjects to life for children. Through hands-on experiments, engaging stories, videos, and model-based learning, we inspire curiosity and promote problem-solving skills in students. Focused on Grades 1–8, we partner with schools and parents to deliver curriculum-aligned science experiences. Our mission is to transform children into critical thinkers and active learners.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to provide information about Experihub's offerings. Key tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing product details, handling inquiries, and following up as needed to address client concerns. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions for reporting purposes.
