Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive – Data & Client Operations to support client engagement, MIS reporting, data management, and operational coordination. This role will work closely with internal operations teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, smooth data flow, timely escalations, and effective payroll coordination.
The role is well suited for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience, preferably from job portal, staffing, or workforce management domains, who are keen to build a strong foundation in data analytics, client management, and operational excellence.
