ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Client Engagement Associate who will be responsible for connecting with clients and booking coaches for them based on their business needs. This role will manage a group of coaches and will utilize CRM software and marketing channels in aiming to keep them engaged. The Client Engagement Associate is also expected to provide part-time support for the back-office team.

LOCATION:
Must be residing in the Philippines– Remote.

ENVIRONMENT:
Philippines and International Teams.

LANGUAGE:
Advanced English (B2+ - C1)

WORK SCHEDULE:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE:
