Client-Side Property Manager – Essex /Herts (Hybrid) – c£70k + £4.5k car & extensive benefits
We’re working with a niche national developer which specialises in high end heritage sites.
With an award winning portfolio of sympathetic yet modern designs, their estates are overseen by top quality managing agents who are held to the highest standards from handover through snagging and beyond.
As a result of both a healthy pipeline of new developments under construction and a commitment to maintaining standards, they now seek a Client Side Property Manager to manage managing agents as follows:
* Non-portfolio role, working on a hybrid basis (1-2 days WFH once settled) from an Essex/Herts borders head office.
* Managing the managing agents who themselves manage a Southeast based portfolio of high-end developments
* Upholding quality throughout, ensuring the high standards placed upon the management companies are reflected in the services th...
