Client Coordinator

We are looking for a Client Coordinator who can act as the bridge between clients and our creative team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, fluent in Malayalam, and capable of handling multiple clients smoothly.

• Coordinate with clients regarding projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team
• Follow up on approvals, feedback, and payments
• Handle day-to-day client communication (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Maintain client records and project updates
• Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term relationships

• Fluent Malayalam (Speaking & Writing) – Mandatory
• Good command of English (basic professional communication)
