Client Coordinator

Designation: Client Coordinator Shift: US Shift Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST Location: Vadodara Experience: 0 to 1 Year JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams ensuring clients' requirements and expectations are managed and met. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, identifying needs and providing innovative solutions. Facilitate communication via email, phone calls, and video conferences between clients and team members based in the USA. Plan and execute the client-related communication plan including agendas, minutes, follow-ups etc. Understand the client’s business, their needs, and their industry to provide the best possible service. Responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Prepare regular client reports to track progress against key performance indicators and outlined goals.
