As a Client Content Specialist, you are an advocate for clear communication and good writing. You are part of Sun Life’s Client Advocacy team, using your client experience (CX) expertise to create caring and empathetic communications for Clients across multiple channels.

  • Your work shows that you can understand complex situations.

  • You use empathy, plain language principles, behavioural economics and user testing to inform your content choices.
