The Client and Consultant Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients and consultants by providing comprehensive operational support. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of onboarding, invoicing, billing activities, sales processes and maintaining accurate and accessible data. The Coordinator will manage administrative tasks, coordinate team activities, and support cross-functional collaboration to help standardise and improve our ways of working.

A critical aspect of this role is overseeing the onboarding of new consultants, liaising closely with both the contractor and client onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition.
