Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

1. Change Request Management 

  • Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of BAU change requests from initiation to closure
  • Support intake, triage, and prioritisation of incoming Change Requests 
  • Ensure completeness and quality of BAU Change Request (CR) documentation (scope, timelines, risks, impacts) 
  • 2. Analysis & Documentation 

  • Gather requirements and document, closely cooperate with BAU CR stakeholders to deliver CR timely and as per agreed scope 
  • Maintain accurate records of change artefacts (CRs, client communication) 
  • 3. Stakeholder Coordination 

  • Liaise with internal teams, SMEs, and client stakeholders to progress changes
  • Track dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams 
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to management and stakeholders
