Key Responsibilities
1. Change Request Management
Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of BAU change requests from initiation to closure Support intake, triage, and prioritisation of incoming Change Requests Ensure completeness and quality of BAU Change Request (CR) documentation (scope, timelines, risks, impacts) 2. Analysis & Documentation
Gather requirements and document, closely cooperate with BAU CR stakeholders to deliver CR timely and as per agreed scope Maintain accurate records of change artefacts (CRs, client communication) 3. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams, SMEs, and client stakeholders to progress changes Track dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams Provide regular status updates and reporting to management and stakeholders 4. Governance & Control
