Enhance client engagement with PRESTO as a Client Change Management Lead based at our Bay St location in Toronto. This in-office role focuses on delivering hands-on training and support for new technology.
In this impactful position, you will design training materials and manage change strategies for PRESTO clients. Collaboration with leaders across the organization is key, as you develop plans that ensure effective implementation of technology changes. Your work will involve assessing client needs and using innovative tools to create engaging content that simplifies complex information.
