Role Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Client CFO to support financial execution across multiple growth-stage clients.
This is a high-responsibility role with meaningful ownership. You will lead day-to-day financial operations, prepare monthly performance reviews, and participate in strategic discussions alongside the Lead CFO.
There is no analyst layer. You must be comfortable both leading and executing.
This role requires approximately 70% overlap with US business hours (EST or PST) to support real-time collaboration and client communication.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Ownership (Primary Foundation)
Ensure clean, accrual-based financial statements.
Own or review month-end close processes.
Review and adjust journal entries as needed.
Ensure accurate revenue timing, deferred revenue, COGS, inventory, and accruals.
Structure financials to support decision-making — not just compliance.
Strong accrual accounting experience is required.
