Client care specialist

Location - Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur

Pay - 15000 per month

Responsibilities

- Provide customer support for Tally and company software products.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Resolve customer queries and escalate technical issues when required.

- Assist customers with software usage, troubleshooting, and basic training.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and support tickets.

- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution and follow-up. Skills Required

- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Tally.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
