Client Care Coordinator – Sea to Tree Health & Wellness

Sea to Tree Health & Wellness is a growing community-based counselling and wellness clinic with locations in Sooke and Colwood. We are seeking a warm, highly organized Client Care Coordinator to join our administrative team.

As the first point of contact for new and existing clients, you will create a welcoming and supportive experience while managing the intake process, coordinating schedules, and ensuring our systems run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-centred environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to contribute to a mission-driven health organization.
