As a Client Asset Servicing Analyst you will join the Client Asset Servicing Team which manages the processing and execution of Corporate Actions, Proxy and Dividend events. You will be required to accurately and timely process and execute these events whilst adhering to strict deadlines in line with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor market announcements and ensure upcoming events are accurately recorded
- Reconcile entitled positions, investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Set up parameters to communicate to Participants accurately and timely in line with Market announcements
- Track participant votes and elections and ensure these are submitted to the settlements team to submit to the Market within set deadlines
