This unique position calls on your client-focused sales expertise and natural problem-solving skills to maximize each client interaction. You help clients with their everyday banking, and as an RBC ambassador add value in the moments that matter most. By demonstrating how to use digital banking, onboarding new clients, or referring complex opportunities to specialists, your expertise creates meaningful and memorable client experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

What will you do?

• Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community, uncovering banking needs and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
