Client Advisor- Remote

Well capitalized startup seeks exceptionally Compassionate and Empathetic client advisor.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage Inbound  leads on Social DM and calls (No cold calling/outbound leads)
• Offer deep explanations of our Health programme to the potential customers in the most eloquent way possible, on calls and chats
• Understand the symptoms, the history, and the complications of the customers and guide them to the programme
• Be compassionate and empathetic to customers, listening to their concerns and problems
• Enroll people to our health programme
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant health staff whenever required
• Maintain and manage leads data
