Job Description

As a FENDI Ambassador, you are expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to clients, promoting FENDI history, craftsmanship, quality of materials and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross‑selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Monitor individual sales, achieve performance targets and KPI.
• Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products.
• Strengthen customer relations, nurture loyal FENDI customer base and implement appropriate CRM tools.
• Manage customer service quality to meet expectations by offering a professional and individualized human touch.
• Operate the Retail Pro Management system correctly, covering stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
