A well‑known luxury timepiece brand is recruiting a Client Advisor for its boutique in Kuala Lumpur. This position supports daily store operations, sales activities, and premium customer service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide product explanations and personalized service to customers
  • Drive boutique sales and contribute to team targets
  • Manage inventory and support store presentation standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow‑up on after‑sales matters
  • Update and maintain customer records
  • Assist in-store marketing and client engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail; luxury retail preferred
  • Advantageous: experience in watches, jewelry, or premium lifestyle products
  • Strong communication skills in English
