A well‑known luxury timepiece brand is recruiting a Client Advisor for its boutique in Kuala Lumpur. This position supports daily store operations, sales activities, and premium customer service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product explanations and personalized service to customers
- Drive boutique sales and contribute to team targets
- Manage inventory and support store presentation standards
- Handle customer inquiries and follow‑up on after‑sales matters
- Update and maintain customer records
- Assist in-store marketing and client engagement activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail; luxury retail preferred
- Advantageous: experience in watches, jewelry, or premium lifestyle products
- Strong communication skills in English
