Job Description
As a Client Advisor , you’ll play an important role in helping build Zaptec’s presence in Finland. You’ll support partners and clients with technical guidance, contribute to great customer experiences and help shape how we work and grow in this new market. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide users through solutions and collaborate closely with colleagues across support, product and technical teams.
This is a role where both technical understanding and communication skills matter. We believe you enjoy solving problems, supporting others and continuously improving the way you work.
