Pay Range: $85,000 - $90,000 CAD annually (based on location, education, experience, etc.)

Job Summary

The Client Advisor assists the Client Executive(s) in providing the highest quality service to Acera clients; mentoring and coordinating the administrative and marketing processes within their sales team.

Essential Job Functions

• Creates & executes client service plans, service deliveries ensuring commitments are tracked and reported in a meaningful way to the client.
• Monitors client satisfaction through maintaining relationships.
• Contributes in regular meetings with team to stay up to date on pending client issues, changing needs and implementing service plans.
• Fields client communication via snail mail, email, phone and/or face to face, and identifies clients’ insurance requirements.
