Client Advisor

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor for our Dolce & Gabbana boutique located in Barcelona.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
• Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
