Job Description
- Make outbound calls to student and parent leads generated through digital platforms
- Explain EdTech course offerings (online/offline/hybrid), syllabus, duration, and fee details
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Schedule counselling/demo sessions with academic or admissions teams
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM/Excel sheets
- Support admission campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities
- Handle inbound calls related to course enquiries and admissions
- Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets
- Ensure professional, polite, and student-friendly communication
SKILLS
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Experience in EdTech admissions, telecalling, or sales is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
