Role
You will own the front-end of the sales pipeline prospecting, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and managing post-meeting follow-ups. You turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team. You will manage each lead end-to-end until it is either won or closed.
Requirements
1 to 3 year of experience in lead generation through Upwork using company profiles
Excellent written and verbal communication; personalization-first mindset
Strong lead qualification skills and understanding of IT/software industry
Proficiency in ClickUp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, ChatGPT/Claude, Loom, Slack, Google Workspace
Attention to detail, time management, accountability, initiative, resilience under pressure
Growth mindset, integrity, client-centric approach, team collaboration, strict confidentiality
Red Flags / Deal Breakers

Not logging activities in CRM
