Job Summary;

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Consultant to join our sales team at Fitness First. As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective members.

Responsibilities;

Sales and Revenue Growth

1. Membership Sales: Generate new membership sales through prospecting, lead generation, and conversion of leads into sales.

2. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall sales performance of the club.

3. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Fitness First services, including personal training, group fitness, and membership upgrades.
