Job Description
We are hiring a Client Account Manager with strong experience in global client handling, outbound sales, and end-to-end account management in the remote staffing or software development industry.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage long-term relationships with international clients (US/UK/Europe/APAC).
Act as the primary client contact for communication, requirement gathering, and escalations.
Drive outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
Nurture leads through follow-ups and value-based communication.
Understand client needs and propose relevant staffing/service solutions.
Handle the full sales cycle: pitching, negotiations, contract closure, and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure smooth delivery.
Conduct client meetings and presentations via calls/video.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
