Roles and Responsibilities(IC role):

KPIs:

• Number of New Clients Acquired, count of new clients secured within a specific period.
• Total Revenue from Key Accounts, revenue generated from key accounts over a defined timeframe.
• Market Share Growth, increase in the share of the target market served through key accounts.
• Client Retention Initiatives Implemented, strategies to retain and engage key accounts.
• Schedule and conduct regular meetings and presentations to assess client needs, present solutions and build strong relations.

Revenue Generation:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive revenue growth.
• Exceed sales targets and quotas for recruitment services.
• Develop accurate revenue forecasts based on current client base and potential new business.
