Role Purpose
Client Account Manager is accountable for the overall success of assigned clients.
This role ensures that all work across platforms aligns with the client's goals, timelines, and expectations.
The Client Account Manager does not execute all content and is not required to be a platform expert.
Instead, the Client Account Manager ensures coordination, clarity, and early escalation so nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Ownership & Alignment
Act as the single point of accountability for the client's overall success
Maintain a clear understanding of:
Client goals (sales vs awareness)
Active campaigns
Priority platforms
Sensitivity to errors or delays
Ensure all deliverables align with the client's objectives, not just platform best practices
2. Cross-Platform Coordination
Coordinate with platform specialists (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
