Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a book of business for
existing accounts.

Resolves complex customer issues.

Identifies improvements to prevent issues from re-occurring. Educates clients on plan design and renewal options.

Completes day-to-day Account Management tasks without immediate supervision.

Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.

Resolves non-routine issues escalated from our partners and client.
 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing a portfolio of clients in the GCC.

  • Engaging with our brokers/clients regularly.

  • Service and support our brokers/clients as required with focus on business excellence for the organization.

  • Conduct strategic meeting on following topics but not limited to retention rate, success, challenges.
