Job Description

The Client Account Analyst is accountable for supporting the daily activities related to the processing of assigned client accounts. The individual is responsible for responding to internal and external requests to identify process improvements and facilitate solutions.

Applicants must live in a commutable distance from Breda, NL.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Independently manages and responds to routine questions, processing issues and requests according to company-defined procedures.

  • Thoroughly analyzes processed data, issues and requests and clearly communicates them verbally and in writing using company-approved methods and tools.

  • Analyzes freight rates received from clients and presents clear and complete freight rate information to rating team in a timely manner.

  • Verifies freight invoices for assigned accounts by using the CassPort Exception Management system and ensuring the amount charged by the car...
