Overview
We are a growing tiling and bathroom renovation company based in Melbourne, Australia.
We manage:
Multiple live construction sites
Estimating and tenders
Variations and cost tracking
Site supervisors and field crews
Procurement and deliveries
Xero accounting
Buildxact estimating software
We are building a systems-driven company and need a highly structured ClickUp build tailored specifically for construction operations.
This is not a basic setup.
We want a serious, scalable operational system.
Project Scope
You will design and build a complete ClickUp workspace aligned with our real-world construction workflow.
This includes:
1. Workspace Architecture
Spaces for Tenders, Live Projects, Variations, Procurement, Admin, HR
Folder and List hierarchy aligned with job lifecycle
Custom fields for: m², contract value, cost codes, builder, site address, start date, completion date, etc.
