Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and general administrative duties for the department.
  • Prepare and update monthly departmental reports.
  • Update and maintain staff information, leave records, stationery requests, and monthly usage records.
  • Assist the Head of Department in handling and updating the ERP system.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records and documentation.
  • Support daily clerical and administrative operations within the department.
