clerk (material analysis assistant)

Job Description:

• Perform daily rounds to collect material usage and production data from the Moulding and Painting lines, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
• Measure and verify actual material consumption at the production source, comparing it against standard rates and identifying variances.
• Prepare a daily analysis report to summarize findings, document key issues, and communicate insights to the production team and management.
• Compile and present a monthly analysis report that tracks trends, evaluates efficiency, and provides strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Support cost-control initiatives by providing reliable consumption data to aid in inventory planning and waste reduction projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least diploma above.
• Experience in a manufacturing or data analysis role is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
