Job Description

The Foreign Workers Management Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support in the recruitment, documentation, and welfare management of the company's foreign workforce. This role ensures that all processes comply with local labor laws and immigration regulations while maintaining accurate employee records.

1. Documentation & Immigration

  • Assist in the application, renewal, and cancellation of work permits (PLKS) and visas.
  • Coordinate and track Passport renewals and ensure all documents are valid.
  • Liaise with government agencies (e.g., Immigration Department, Ministry of Human Resources) and third-party agents.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for all foreign worker personal files and legal documents.

2. Manpower & Onboarding
