Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Financial Clerk will provide support to the Infrastructure Department and will be responsible for processing a high volume of complex financial transactions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
processing payment of Project Lead invoices for Integrated Infrastructure Services and ensure payment is made in accordance with prompt payment legislation receiving, reviewing and coding invoices in Markview from Project Lead preparing purchase requisitions in eBiz for Integrated Infrastructure Services, Infrastructure Supports and Operations, Planning and Property Management processing holdback release payments processing operational credit card expenses assisting the accountants with the preparation of journal entries
