Pay Range: $14.10hr - $19.10hr
Utilize Word and Excel Microsoft Office Applications with accuracy. Perform accurate typing, word processing and/or data entry. Serve as receptionist, greet clients and visitors; answer telephone calls; refer clients and visitors to appropriate department staff when needed. Provide administrative /clerical support routinely or for projects as assigned Provide routine information concerning agency office locations, programs and services. Assist with processing mail and fax as necessary. Assist staff by entering information into the iFamilyNet system including iFamilyNet searches. Assist in the support of the Area Management Team as needed. Other related duties as assigned.
