Job Description:

Pay Range: $14.10hr - $19.10hr
  • Utilize Word and Excel Microsoft Office Applications with accuracy.
  • Perform accurate typing, word processing and/or data entry.
  • Serve as receptionist, greet clients and visitors; answer telephone calls; refer clients and visitors to appropriate department staff when needed.
  • Provide administrative /clerical support routinely or for projects as assigned
  • Provide routine information concerning agency office locations, programs and services.
  • Assist with processing mail and fax as necessary.
  • Assist staff by entering information into the iFamilyNet system including iFamilyNet searches.
  • Assist in the support of the Area Management Team as needed.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
