Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support pertaining to real estate matters
  • Perform verification checks on required details to ensure accuracy
  • Documentation and filing of information
  • Maintaining of files and records
  • Replying of emails and attending to case request
  • Adhering to deadlines
  • Other ad-hoc assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

  • Min. Diploma in any field
  • At least 1 of work experience in administration
  • Prior work experience in managing task with tight timeline added advantage
  • No experience welcome as training is provided by supervisor
  • Comfortable to work OT outside of official work hours / work days if required
  • Detailed and meticulous
