**Job Description**
This role supports the manufacturing of medical devices in a regulated cleanroom environment. The Cleanroom Technician follows strict cGMP standards and detailed batch records to extract, process, and package collagen-based products while maintaining a high level of cleanliness, safety, and quality control.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read, understand, and accurately follow batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing activities.
+ Extract collagen from raw materials according to defined processes and quality specifications.
+ Place collagen into molds and cut materials into various shapes and sizes as required by production instructions.
+ Perform batching, blending, cutting, and measuring tasks with precision to meet product and process requirements.
+ Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing and production equipment.
