Title - Cleanroom & Contamination Manager
A senior technical leadership role responsible for cleanroom contamination control, yield improvement, and fab-level contamination prevention strategy across particles, chemicals, metals, organics, ionic contamination, and AMC. Requires deep semiconductor fabrication knowledge, strong analytical background, and the ability to lead cross-functional contamination-reduction initiatives.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the cleanroom & contamination control champion for our fab. You will:
- Keep our cleanroom and tools contamination‑free (particles, chemicals, metals, organics, AMC).
- Build and maintain automated monitoring systems to catch issues early.
- Lead root‑cause investigations using data from tools, inline metrology, defect maps, chemicals, gases, and FOUP/AMHS history.
- Define contamination standards for new tools, moves, and process changes.
