Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a Site Cleaning Supervisor to cover a key customer contract in Basildon, SS14.


  • Monday - Friday
  • 5:30pm - 8:30pm
  • £13 per hour

    • Core Responsibilities


  • Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
  • Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system 
  • Managing staff rotas for the site, ensuring holiday and sickness is covered
  • Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
  • Complete stock management, documenting quantities and managing order process for stock

    • What are we looking for?


  • Experience managing cleaning teams.
  • IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
