Cleaning Site Supervisor – Figtree

Securecorp is seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate cleaning services at one of our key retail sites in Figtree. This full-time role offers the opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership position within a supportive and growing organisation.


Working closely with an experienced Business Manager, you will oversee service delivery, support your team, and ensure consistently high standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily cleaning operations in line with contractual requirements
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a small team to meet coverage and service KPIs
  • Train and coach team members to maintain high performance
  • Monitor consumables and maintenance to improve cost efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling requests and complaints professionally
