Job Description

1. Operational Management : Plan and oversee daily cleanning operations, including scheduling cleaning staff and equipment deployment for multiple locations.

2. Quality Control & Compliance : Conduct regular site inspections, audits and ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, health standards and company SOPs.

3. Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing complaints, gathering feedback and ensuring service expectations are surpassed.

4. Staff Management & Training : Recruit, train, supervise and mentor cleaning teams, including supervisors.

5. Manage site budgets to minimise costs
