Cleaning Manager – Health & Fitness Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Cleaning Manager to join our growing team within a leading Facilities Management company, working with a prestigious health & fitness centre in Cambridge.

Location: Cambridge, CB1 3LH

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 (shift times to be discussed at interview)

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-facing gym environment where flexibility, organisation and strong people skills are essential. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning and service standards while leading and motivating your team to deliver an outstanding experience for members and visitors.
